The foundation of TOP FLIGHT INC. resides in ground-based, multi-joint exercises utilizing body weight and variations of motor skilled movement to develop strength, power, balance, and agility.
Drills and various dynamic exercises will develop the individual with Speed, footwork, plyometrics and agility drills will increase straight-ahead speed, foot-speed, explosive power and change of direction capabilities.
Exercises that will increase an athlete's balance and body awareness, while static and dynamic flexibility exercises will improve joint range-of-motion and help reduce the probability of soft tissue injuries. Sport-specific conditioning will prepare athletes to compete at their highest level, utilizing work-to-rest ratios and drills specific to game competition.
